Pressto holds its 4th International Conventional

Under the title of “Evolution, Innovation and Commitment” the dry cleaning and laundry chain invited their Master Franchise for the Company 20th anniversary and introduce them all the latest innovations.

Over these 20 years of the chain, Pressto concept has evolved and new innovations have been included in order to fulfil the commitment of offering customers the greatest added value.

Along the week that took the meeting with the Master Franchises, the Spanish chain had the chance to introduce their new POS system, Press TPV and online Reporting, which will tremendously improve our management process in the Pressto stores, modifying the organizational structure and providing an exhaustive quality and productivity control, as well as managing logistic, planning and operational programming.

Customer will also see the advantages of this new software, as it will make easier to adjust and generate services, in order to meet, even better, their needs. In this way, customers will appreciate great innovations, such as customization on the garment finishing according to their taste or promotions according to their consumption.

Master Franchises have been working all these days on the new system, getting familiar with the new options that software can offer: tracking, logistic, financial report as well as s about production and customer report based on BI technology, basically to confirm the globalleadership of Pressto Concept.

This new system includes a specific module to manage home delivery service, one of the areas that will be developed and strengthened in each of the 28 countries. It intends to innovate with new business lines that will provide franchises with new sources of incomes.

Marketing actions have also been one of the main issues in this Convection, orientated to digital renovation and the use of new tools that have come up over the last few years to attract new customers and then increase sales: such as the use of social networks to get more new fans and customers; how to get the leadership position on communication 2.0; how to change from traditional marketing to content marketing or the need to have a very updated website and orientated to a specific public so brand positioning in each country will grow.

Another point was the benefits in productivity, efficiency and use of the new working tools and the innovations in machinery, such as hydrocarbon machine which is being already used in Spain and it uses a different solvent; also the introduction of the new conveyor or the new cleaning process wet cleaning.
